What’s the Story Behind The Daily Radish(TM)

Jenny became a vegetarian later in life, after experiencing a health crisis with her husband.

Her husband was diagnosed with diabetes and it was a wake up call for Jenny. Also Jenny was overweight and not leading a healthy lifestyle and she could see it affecting her in numerous ways:

  • Always feeling stressed
  • Eating too much junk food
  • Too much weight gain
  • Not feeling very healthy or energetic.

Have you ever felt some of these things?

So, Jenny made the decision seven years ago to pursue a healthier lifestyle for her and her husband. She looked into many health & diet options.

She decided to become a vegetarian after reading a study about the benefits of vegetarianism and the incredible health attributes of eating a water rich foods based diet and cutting out meat.

More and more of Jenny’s friends would turn to her for vegetarian advice, tips and practical insights. Out of that passion was born The Daily Radish – a website providing daily vegetarian advice with tips, ideas, the latest health news and the occasional delicious vegetarian recipe, for living the vegetarian lifestyle.
